HOW IT IS TO WORK WITH US

  1. FILL OUT OUR BRAND QUESTIONNAIRE

When you get in touch about a project, we'll ask you to fill out our brand identity questionnaire, or, if you prefer pen and paper, our brief template form. Your answers allow us to understand your expectations, deadline, and specific needs. We appreciate receiving your responses 48 hours before our initial meeting, ensuring we're fully prepared to deliver immediate value.

2. WE REVIEW your answers

We read your answers to our questionnaire and if you have one, we do a comprehensive analysis of your current brand identity. We will take a look at each website page and analyse the effectiveness of your social media channels in engaging your audience. We also compare your brand in relation to competitors to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats.

3. CHEMISTRY STYLE SESSION

We meet with you to chat about your project in person, your budget, and our pricing system to see how and if we can help you with our professional skills and expertise. The prices listed on our website are based on us tailoring a project yo your needs. This is a conversation about how we can tailor deliverables for you that meets your requirements.

4. design a proposal

Clear agreements articulate us as a supplier. Through digital and/or physical paperwork and based on all our conversations we communicate our understanding of your needs and help to manage your expectations. We tailor and design a proposal for you that includes a clear timeline and breakdown of costs, and share this with you along with our terms and conditions.

5. sign agreement

By partnering with us, you agree to engage in our creative process. Committing to timely feedback is essential; with it, projects can save you time and money. To collaborate efficiently, we had another conversation about deliverables. Once you're 100% happy with the proposal and timeline shared, we send you an agreement outlining what we need from you and when to achieve a good project outcome and deliver you the best.

6. begin our process

Once signed, we issue you with an invoice for 50% of the overall fee to secure our time and commitment on your project. Once it’s paid we will start your project by doing visual research. This, and the rest of the creative process is outlined within our creative process flowchart.

7. WHAT TO EXPECT

We promise will let you know what we need and where you are at every stage in the creative process. To keep things organised, we will send you calendar invitations to coincide with the project timeline. We will deliver good design work, on time and within budget, and let you know in advance if it looks like there’s any scope creep.

8. final designs

Along with your input throughout the process, we no present the final brand design. This includes any extras agreed upon at the beginning of this process. We ensure that the end result is bespoke and to a high standard as we never share work that we are not proud of our selves.

Our FAQ’s

Alexandra Lunn

I used to roam around my dad’s wood workshop in West Yorkshire, terrorising his colleagues and making wooden sculptures. I’d accompany him to the demolition sites of the old mills of Manchester and Leeds that were being pulled down; everything within the mills was meant to be burnt, however, he’d salvage wood, bobbins, and cast iron objects and use the materials to make floors and furniture out of the reclaimed timber and other items. The idea that you could make something out of nothing interested me.

I work with developers, designers, and other creatives to create stand-out visual identities, websites, and marketing.
